I've never acted before. Can I still join?

Absolutely you can! At Work MCR, our mission is to get you to STOP acting, so previous experience isn't necessarily an advantage. The work will meet you where you are, whether you're an experienced professional or an absolute newbie. We just want you to be human. And good news: you are.

Question 2

I have lots of experience. Do I still need to do the Weekend Intensive?

Yes, you do. We work very differently here from other studios it's important you understand our process before joining the rest of the community in ongoing classes. We promise you'll be challenged and supported in equal measures, regardless of prior experience. The work meets you where you are, and the training is bespoke to you.

How do I book?

Send us a message using the contact page on this site and we'll be in touch with your class options. If there is no availability, you'll be added to our waitlist.

Question 4

I've missed a class, do you do refunds?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are not available for missed classes, but you will be offered a "make up" class where available for another day. Please note, this does not apply to Weekend Intensive courses which must be completed fully before you are able to join ongoing classes.

Question 5

Do you do a showcase?

Accepted Answer

No, we don't do a showcase. We occasionally have industry professionals/casting directors visit our classes, but our priority is making you a better actor. When the work works, you don't need to dangle a carrot to get people in your classes.
